If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls. The 60-day guarantee described on our pricing page applies as written there and in the service agreement. Calculator results on this site are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not a promise of results.
SMS program terms
AJ Service Systems LLC offers text messages to people who opt in on our website forms.
- Program description: if you check the non-marketing consent box, you’ll receive messages about audit scheduling, appointment reminders and account notifications. If you also check the separate marketing consent box, you may receive messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.
- Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You’ll receive one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed and no further messages unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You confirm you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission, and that you are at least 18.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
Calls, recording and AI
Calls to our phone lines may be answered by an AI voice assistant and may be recorded and transcribed. You’ll be told at the start of the call. By continuing the call, you consent to the recording. Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, graphics and logos belong to AJ Service Systems LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, sell or republish site content without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving El Dorado County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
