How we use AI and call recording: AI disclosure.
My customers hate talking to robots.
So do we. That’s why it doesn’t sound like a phone tree. It tells callers up front that it’s an AI assistant, handles the basics naturally, and hands anyone who wants a person straight to you. Voicemail is worse: plenty of callers just hang up and call the next company.
Will it quote prices to my customers?
Never. It explains that pricing comes from you at the estimate and offers a time to come out. You approve every answer it gives before go-live.
What happens with emergencies?
You set the rules. Words like leak, flooding, no heat or burning smell trigger an instant text and call to whoever is on call, with the caller’s details. For anything dangerous, the AI tells the caller to dial 911.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We set up call forwarding so calls you don’t answer (or after-hours calls) go to your AI receptionist.
I already have an office manager.
Good. This covers the hours they can’t: lunch, after 5, weekends, and when they’re on another line. It also sends the follow-up texts nobody has time for. Most office managers are glad to have it.
Isn’t this expensive?
One recovered $15,000 job covers about 15 months of Founding Partner fees. And if we don’t record 5 recovered booked estimates in your first 60 days, month 3 is free.
How do I know it’s working?
Every call is recorded and summarized, every booking is logged with the call or text that produced it, and you get a plain-English report every month. The guarantee is measured from those same logs.
What if the AI says something wrong?
You approve the script and the answers before go-live. It never quotes prices, never promises start dates, and only books inside the calendar rules you set. Every call is recorded and summarized, and we review transcripts every week.
Is recording calls legal in California?
Yes, with notice. California requires everyone on a call to be told it’s being recorded, so every call opens by saying it may be recorded and that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant.
Is texting my customers legal?
Yes, when it’s set up right. We register your business with the phone carriers (A2P 10DLC), only text people who contacted you or agreed to texts, and honor STOP automatically.
How long does setup take, and what do I have to do?
Most systems go live in 7–10 business days. You spend about an hour total: a kickoff call, approving the script, and a test call. We build everything else.
Is there a long contract?
Three-month minimum, then month-to-month. Cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice.
Does it work with my CRM or scheduling software?
We run the system on GoHighLevel and connect it to your calendar. If you use ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro for jobs, we work alongside it. You own your contacts and recordings.
Can it speak Spanish?
Yes. The AI can handle Spanish-speaking callers. We set it up during onboarding if your customers need it.
