We’re two founders who got tired of watching good contractors lose jobs to voicemail. So we build the system that fixes it, and run it for them.
Why we started
The best contractors are the hardest to reach.
The contractors with the best reputations are usually the busiest. They’re on a roof, under a house, or walking a client through a bid. The phone rings and nobody gets it.
Homeowners don’t wait. They call the next name on Google. Industry data says only about half of calls to home-services businesses are answered by a person, and more than half of businesses never ask the caller to book.
Hiring a full-time receptionist is expensive and still doesn’t cover nights and weekends. Answering services take messages and don’t book. So we started AJ Service Systems to install the thing in between: an AI front desk that answers in your company’s name, books the estimate, and follows up on every quote, built and tuned by people you can call.
